These are preview plans; subscriptions are currently closed. Reviews focuses on email requests and review monitoring. Growth adds planned text messaging, and Pro adds connections being tested with Jobber and QuickBooks. Final availability will be confirmed before launch.
Is there a free trial?
No. Choose monthly billing or save 50% with a six-month subscription paid upfront. Both options have a 14-day money-back guarantee. New subscriptions are not open yet; this site does not take payments.
How does six-month billing work?
Six-month plans cost $117 for Reviews, $207 for Growth, or $297 for Pro, billed every six months. That is equivalent to $19.50, $34.50, or $49.50 per month, respectively: 50% less than paying the standard monthly rate for six months. SMS allowances remain monthly.
Is pricing per business or per location?
Each listed monthly equivalent covers one business location. Choose monthly billing or one upfront payment every six months. If you operate several locations, budget for each location separately.
Does Pro include 1,250 SMS messages?
No. Pro includes a total of 1,000 SMS messages per month · Planned, replacing the 250-message Growth allowance. There is no unlimited SMS plan.
Can I start sending texts immediately?
SMS requires business registration, appropriate customer consent, and sending approval. Email can be set up while SMS approval is pending. The monthly SMS allowance covers messages, not a guaranteed number of new reviews.
Does it work with Jobber or Housecall Pro?
Jobber and QuickBooks connections are in testing. Housecall Pro and other connections are planned, not currently available. Confirm availability when subscriptions open.
Do you only ask happy customers?
No. Tilo sends eligible customers the same neutral request for honest feedback. There is no review gating, positive-review incentive, or promise of five-star reviews.
Are replies posted automatically?
No. AI-assisted responses are drafts. A person must review or edit and explicitly approve each reply before publishing.
What does the money-back guarantee cover?
You can request a refund within the first 14 days if Tilo is not a fit. It is a money-back guarantee, not a free trial or a guarantee of review count, rating, ranking, or business results.
